During sale events, Augusta & George reserves the right to offer goods at marked-down prices. Please note that a price reduction after your purchase does not entitle you to a refund.

Promotional codes are not valid on marked-down items and can only be applied to full-priced items on our website.

It is important to also note that if a promotional or sale discount was applied to your original order, the same discount will be applied if you require a return or exchange, in accordance with our returns and exchange policy detailed above. This means that you will only be refunded the amount that you initially paid for your order.

By tagging your social media posts and/or social media images (including their captions) with #AugustaandGeorge and/or #(specific campaign hashtag) (in response to our request(s)) (the “Augusta & George Hashtags”), or with the following handles @augustaandgeorge (the “Augusta & George Handles”), or by uploading content to any Augusta & George website or mobile applications and/or the Augusta & George social media pages (together the “Augusta & George Platforms”) you agree to the following Augusta & George user-generated content (“UGC”) policy.

All posts and content tagged with the Augusta & George Hashtags and/or the Augusta & George Handles, or uploaded to the Augusta & George Platforms, including without limitation, your name, biographical information and all other names, usernames, pseudonyms, text, likenesses, graphics, logos, marks, images, photographs, code, videos, clips, GIFs, moving images and all other information and material shall be referred to in this policy as UGC.

You grant to us a royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable - unless you tell us otherwise - transferable, worldwide licence (including the right to sub-licence) to use, publish, edit and remove UGC in our sole discretion and on any media, for any purpose, including to advertise our products; You hereby warrant and represent that:

i) you own all rights in UGC;

ii) you have obtained permission from any person(s) identifiable in UGC to grant the rights specified in this policy, or where those person(s) are aged 18 years or under, you either:

• are the parent or legal guardian or such identified person(s), or
• have obtained the express consent from a parent or legal guardian of such identified person(s) to their appearance in UGC and to you submitting UGC to the Augusta & George Platforms.
• iii) your use and our use of UGC will not infringe the rights of any third party or breach any applicable law or regulation

You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waive (or procure the same from any third party where applicable) any and all moral rights and any other similar rights in connection with our usage of UGC.

You agree that the personal data that we collect from UGC will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the terms of this policy.

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless and any person acting our behalf from any and all claims, demands, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which we may incur in connection with the use of UGC.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, so please check back here when you tag or upload UGC.

Payment in full, by credit card or debit card, is required before Augusta & George dispatches goods.

Once payment has been received by Augusta & George, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.

Goods supplied by Augusta & George to customers remain the property of the company until paid for in full by the customer.

Once an order has been placed, Augusta & George are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. However, you can return your order once you have received it. Please contact our customer services team for assistance with returns.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or if one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and refund any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but no later than five working days after your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject orders based on the availability of goods and other factors. The prices of the products listed on our website at the time of purchase will be included in the invoice.

We will make every effort to display prices in local currencies, but if it is not possible, prices will be listed in Pounds Sterling and the invoice will be generated in Pounds Sterling. If you are purchasing products from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the final amount billed on your credit card.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.

Kindly take note that if you choose to shop on the GBP site using a different currency and select Paypal as your payment method, Paypal will bill you for the order in GBP, and this amount will be visible during Checkout and in your order confirmation.

Augusta & George will not cover customs and import charges, it will be your responsibility to pay these.

• We offer returns up to 30 days after purchase on eligible products.
• They must be unworn, no signs of wear or damage, in their original condition, in their original packaging.
• Earrings and Huggies are not eligible for returns.
• Individual products in a set are not eligible for return – whole set must be returned.
• We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
• We only accept returns purchased on our website. Pieces bought at one of our stockists must be returned directly to that retailer.
• Approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
• Returns from UK mainland will be complimentary (incl. Northern Ireland)
• If the item is defective or incorrect, send an email with pictures to customer service and our team will be happy to assist. Please contact us before you process a return so that we can advise on next steps.
• We do not accept exchanges at this time. Customers would need to return current item and place new order.

If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please email cs@augustaandgeorge.com. You will receive a response within 7 working days. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.

Any mistakes in invoices, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 5 working days of agreeing to do so.

Claims can only be made through our Augusta & George Customer Service department. Any claims made before prior communication with the Augusta & George Customer Service department will not be considered.

All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Any claim in respect of the above should be made by contacting us within 48hrs of delivery.

No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.

No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Augusta & George.

We do not currently offer physical or E-gift cards.

Augusta & George may offer promotional codes at points of sale (either directly or via third parties). Augusta & George have the right to further reduce their products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.

Please note that due to screen defaults and photography techniques, some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size. In order to clearly show details, certain items may be represented at a larger size than their actual size, while others may be shown at a smaller size to display the entire item.

Although we have made every effort to accurately illustrate the colours of our jewellery, it may not always be possible with digital reproduction on various web browsing platforms. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the true colour of the jewellery will be exactly as shown.

Augusta & George cannot be held liable for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or quality of the information provided on its website. The content may be modified, updated, or deleted at any time without prior notice. Augusta & George reserves the right to modify, supplement, or delete any part of the website's content or to suspend or terminate the site altogether.

All credit/debit card payments, as well as payments made through Apple Pay, on Augusta & George's website are processed using Shopify Payments, while Amazon Pay and Paypal payments are processed through their respective Shopify integrations. Augusta & George is not liable for any issues related to the availability and functionality of these payment services. Shopify Payments complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive, and Augusta & George accepts payments made using Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

In the event that you do not receive your ordered goods within seven working days from the order date, we will not be liable to you, unless you contact us by email or phone within 14 days of the order date to report the issue.

If the goods delivered to you are not what you ordered, or are damaged, defective or of an incorrect quantity, we will not be liable to you, unless you report the problem to us by email within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, we will either make good the shortage or non-delivery, replace the damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount paid for the goods, in the manner we choose.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from any problem you report to us, under this condition. Our liability will be limited to refunding the amount paid by you for the goods in question, as stated above.

Once the goods have left our premises and are in the possession of the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

You are responsible for observing and complying with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. Certain national laws may prohibit the importation or exportation of certain goods to you, and we accept no liability or responsibility for such matters.

These terms and conditions do not limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Furthermore, our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence cannot be excluded or limited in any way.
